  • My device is not playing. What could be wrong ?

- Remove the plastic strip coming out next to RS-232 connector to initialize RTC battery.
- Check the "Local Time (Timezone)" and "NTP Server" of your device. If the Time is not correct then your SoundScape device will not play.
- Check the SoundScape - IT Network Requirements.
